the people are the peasants, farming resources. companies are their lords, taxing them dry. government is king, who the lords must be loyal to, even if they think they should have the throne. they try and influence the king to serve their interests.

hackers are the bandits, but sometimes are employed as knights. some steal from the poor, others, from the rich nobles. the most clever bandits, no one notices. they have the power to light revolution, and ruin even kings.

Being a begginer in programming means you can either start choosing what you are in an RPG game, Either a bandit, Lords or Builder, I'd rather choose to be a bandit disguised as a builder, so no one steals my crap when I build a software
