can anyone please suggest me how to become a good web designer?

I have a basic knowledge of java JavaScript html CSS. Also I know basics of MySQL RDBMS.Please explain me.

For front-end development, you have practice more to design a good web. that need creativity.
For back-end development, you need learn node js, python or PHP. choose one and master it, because you need high technical skill for back-end. you should learn framework too, for finishing development faster.
the point is more practice, more read and more creativity.

Practice. Build a few websites on your own.

I started the same way, and now I can build a website relatively quickly.
