Some are saying the easiest programming language is python, but I think JavaScript is more related to Html

javascript should be learnt by this learner cause as the learner is allready skilled in html, javascript is helpful in the same language. so the learner can develope in the same feild rather than learning a compete new language which is not interconnected to his skills
