How to use Newest Android on a Windows PC?

And I just noticed that there are no Android courses on Sololearn, kinda sad and makes app incomplete.

No No I hate bluestacks. I meant legit android iso for PC. just like we run Ubuntu in Virtual machine

It's an Android emulator geared more towards testing apps. BlueStacks is really all about gaming. If you serious about Android development try Android Studio, it has built in emulation. Also start doing the SoloLearn Java course, most Android apps are written in Java.
