All are good. There is no seasonal programming language which fades by year passing. All were important, All are important and All will be important. So depends on the need, you must proceed to learn in deep with one of all.

Personally I am still working on improving my HTML5 and CSS3 design skills a lot more + Getting into more in-depth JavaScript (Node.js now of course included) and was working on PHP5 but moved to PHP7 entirely now, just need to work on rebuilding and creating new things using PHP7 now, I use jQuery when needed and Bootstrap 3 when required but never really saw any use in anything else bar for Python ATM. Also am learning 4 Languages/Cultures now (US/UK English, Spanish & Russian) + English Literature, Maths, Science & Art & Design + Doing A Lot More. Still don't have confidence people want to hire me for real after 2+ years solid experience, so falling back to lower pay IT Apprenticeships ATM.

but just making sites, I assume that HTML + CSS and JavaScript will be enough.
