steps are as follows:
1. learn C++ and one other programming language like C# (learn appropriate db as well)
2. learn how game engines work
3. learn a graphical software like flash or photoshop
4. understand how different devices work, like PC's, Mac, mobile devices,
5. now learn a markup language for your choice of presentation
6. learn your desired scripts
