bracket is very nice.. has a nice background you can split screen vertically or horizontally has a live preview doesn't take time to load up ... and lots more..

The jetbrains are doing a great job(Webstorm, phostorm, Intelij idea). These are all great IDEs. But it eats bit more of your RAM as they are powerful IDEs. But if you want light weight and a good IDE then sublime text 3 is the best right now.
