the art of crappy questions (not a question)

Question

i often look at unanswered questions to see if i can help someone. sadly most of the questions are so unclear that i dont understand the problem. it even feels like some people are even too lazy to put a question mark at the end of their text.

So please guys. Take your time to describe your question if you really want people to help you else it is just frustrating.
