Can someone explain take while better? I just don't understand it's use

Thanks for your comment. I'm clear with this language approach, since I'm from a C++ school. My question is in regards to takewhile function. I don't see how it works. Would it be to iterate through list? that's where I'm confused

in c++, if u are going to create a new product or app u have to write the program more than 4 to 5 lines which will consume lot of time.But in python, u can create within 2 to 4 lines depending upon the type of app. And it is easy to understand than c++ and other languages because it is an interpreted and object oriented language. for beginners it is the easiest language to approach than any other languages in software. syntax is very less compared to any other language.it doesn't require any header file. when you run a program it will display the output very fast.
