You have to register, but if you decide not to pursue the certificate and do courses seaparately, not as a whole specialization, you can take part for free.

If you want to pursue the Python path, I recommend project-oriented video courses - try doing something with what you already know.
Personally, I went through the "Python for Everybody" and "Introduction to Interactive Programming for Python" - both on www.coursera.org platform.
There are of course many more such courses online, but I can recommend those two, as you actually have to make projects there. They are peer reviewed and you get feedback.
Plus - they are free as long as you do the courses separately and don't require certification.

go for learning some python libraries, there are a lot of them, go and fetch any of them and master it.
I would recommend to go for them (but ultimately its your choice):-
