I'm a recently graduated Electrical engineer. Thinking of a career in software field because of interest in coding.

Id advise against it. Stick with elcetrical enegineering since youve already graduated. You can still be a coder in your free time. 90% of the jobs youll find in programming will have you overworked by assholes that have never written a line of code in their life anyways.
