Is learning JAVA worth today?

i want to learn language which helps me in making my career.

Java is very commonly used. So you can give it a try. What really counts is what the company you want to work for uses. So you should do some research first and then choose the language(s) this company is hiring for.

@Toky I didn't disagree with you. I just expressed my opinion only. I am a web developer. If I want to develop android apps then I wouldn't learn JAVA from scratch, I would use the web technology instead that I know already

JAVA is not mandatory for for android development. with React native we can develop almost native like apps but apps developed with JAVA get best performance

i want to become a android developer... so learning java is enough or i need to learn other languages too

@Apel Mahmod, that's why I say Java is a must know. We can even develop c++ application for android but Java is the most used one so you can't really avoid it.
