Lost all my progress

Question

I was using the app on the train and all of a sudden all of my progress disappeared! I took a test to test out of the earliest lessons, but that still leaves me with the whole last tree to review again! This has happened before, but much earlier.

Is there any way to revert my progress and points?

I had faced the problem multiple times just close the app and open it again and refresh it

All my progress is lost yet i had gone far today. Please i need to retrieve my progress as soon as possible
