Not on Unity. Unity is created in C#. However, you could create games in Unreal Engine or Cry Engine in C++.

For unity you can use c# or unityScript which is very similar to javaScript. On the other hand, as it was already mentioned, unreal engine and cryengine use c++.However, for game development, I would recommend start using unity since it is easier to use.
