Code Playground and Console Programs

Question

Why does Code Playground ask for all the possible inputs from a console program all at once? Isn't there some way to make Code Playground produce the popup to take user input in a more linear, as it is encountered in the code, basis?

Perhaps my question isn't clear, if so I'll be happy to clarify. Thoughts?

Maybe if Code Playground allowed Java web apps, seeing Javascript inputs work properly? Oh well, just a thought. I know my Java console app works like it should on my computer.
