Which programming language is best for start learning when a person doesn't know anything about programming?

I have a my friend who wants to learn computer programming language but he hasn't any idea about programming so I have to start tech him and I have no idea from which language should I start to teach him.

HTML is like the Basic structure of your house"webpages" 😊 (the color). Make the person want to learn more about walls(JavaScript, Python).The right start is makes a person accept the difficulties after that.🙄

Start with whatever you want to. If you wont use html or python in the future, then dont waste your time with them.

first of all give some time to scratch the world of programming try html and then learn any language you want.

you know i think the best way to begin from C language. when you will understand basics of C than it much easier to learn any programming language. After than you should choose any OOP Language like c++ or java or c#. And don't forget about html, css, and java script.
