Please help if you can? Error code: 0xc0150004.

Question

I am making this request to sololearners. I have got a terrible error in my PC. I cannot run most programs in my computer. The error says: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150004). Click OK to close."

I have tried to search for the solution online but I couldn't. Now I can't install any application, I cannot run applications like notepad++, all .exe files

Any advice to help me solve this issue? 👇👌

you will need to find a .dll file tghats missing, then add one to your system.

Thanks for that link but I tried almost all Microsoft Windows solutions but none of them worked
