The algorithm :

Win XP = (32 - Lose XP) + Answer Bonus,

where Win XP is determined by Win/Lose ratio of both challengers. The better your Win/Lose ratio is compared to your opponent, the less Win XP you get.

for example some challenges is 5xp but I loose 21xp.
