For me it's not barrier. That's great to use separate language for codding, cause when Russians trying to translate some programming words it feels realy weird. We can't translate it with 100% same meaning and we already have in Russian some imaginations about words we get from translate. as simple example for Russians: we can use word "ĐŸŃ‚ŃŃ‚ŃƒĐż" instead of margin, but we can't be sure which one is it(with borders?inner or outer?)-we should use much more words to get description that will say everythin' about it. But it's just 1 simple word every programmer, using css knows and use,so we can be sure he'll get what I mean when i'm saying it and doesn't matter which language he know, cause this word (margin)already have concrette meaning and rules.
