How to make app with html5 package

Is there a way I can take my HTML js and CSS and turn it in to a iOS app?

Yes there are some framework that could be useful especially when designing a mobile app.

1. Ionic Framework. This is one great tool in designing the frontend of mobile apps like Android, IOS and WebOS app. It consist of valid HTML5 syntax. If wrapped with Cordova (search on google about codova for installation and deployment) to make either a native app (offline mobile apps) or hybrid(online mobile apps).

2. Jquery Mobile is another framework similar like Iconic framework but uses Jquery scripts.

3 Twitter Bootstrap Framework is another powerful framework that performs the same function as the other framework.

4. Intel XDE framework is a cloud based framework that has included all the said framework and added their default (app framework) framework to the application and has codova plugins ( this is inbuilt, you don't need to install it or its dependencies) to do perform native functions (use camera, etc).
Check on google on these to find out more.

You can start designing mobile apps on fly cos of its drag and drop component, and also had it own stimulators for testing designed apps before deploying..
