Python is the easiest one. C++ is the toughest one. Ruby! Well I don't know that language. Now, if you are new to programming, it would be a good idea to start with Python. When you have some sort of programming experience, go for C++. My favourite.

I would suggest you to go with and objected oriented language like C++, java first and then go for some scipting language. Start learning C++ right now and then soon catch up with Java. Once you are done with both, try python.
