Start with easier things:
Variables, Printing.

Try to actually make a program with this, don't just look at it and say you understand it. If you can't piece together how to do something I'd say you don't understand it.

Then, move to the next section.
Maybe:
if statements, input
Make a program with that, repeat this concept.
