Hi @Akshay Singh, This question is ambiguous and subjective, buy I'm going to try answering you. Is like asking what is better, a knife or a fork. Java or Javascript are not better or worst than the other. They are different in intention and are used for different purposes. Java is an imperative language of general purpose that it's usually used to create GUI applications, server side enterprise applications (backend) and so on... Javascript is an scripting languaje that are usually used to manipulate the client side, that is the DOM in web pages (frontend), to load content from external resources asynchronously (AJAX), etc. This is a little summary but I hope that this helps

You have to understand that Java and JavaScript are COMPLETELY different. Java is an "all-rounder", "write one, run anywhere" language. It is used on many different devices. Android is based on Java, and so are many desktop apps. On the other hand, JavaScript is used for web pages. It, combined with php, is what makes a website tick.

javaScript is unripe, so java is better but I think JavaScript will be the best in the future :)
