use a game engine like unity or unreal engine.

compile and build​ your game in apk.

go to developer console pay one time fees 25$.

and then for uploading

Is one of your projects done? Because I used to use Blender to make games and animations that took me a lot of time but was never able to finish one. But I hope you wont face the same problems. Btw at that time I never coded so dont think I am showing off.
