Should I finish my CSS before learning C#?

I find myself in a hurry to dive into actual programming language and not markup language, but I kind of have the feeling I'll need all the markup experience I can get before doing this. What do you think?

What type of programming are you interested in doing? You only need HTML/CSS for front end web development.
