as a programmer I learn something new everyday so to answer your question you may never know everything about programming because there is so many languages and things to know

If you think you understood programming, you can safely be called a god. It is impossible to completely understand it.

I am programmer and doing programming for a decade and still think I don't understand everything about programming. On need to basis I have to refer and learn. Once you are done with basics of 2-3 programming language, it's easy of follow others. Don't target to learn everything, target to solve real life problems using programming. :)
