There is not a short way to develop skill on programming.

Programming is a long distance race and you need time to gain experience.

You can study already developed code of other programmers, read books, take courses, make programmer friends and discuss...

it's just something you have to truly love and want, tbh anyone can learn it but to trully master it u have to become one with it, sometimes i get so intune with it i don't eat nor sleep for more than 2 days 😀😀 and the best part is, when you finally fix a bug that has been bugging you from the start, but all I'm saying is... if you don't put in the time and effort you won't master it...
