why cant we use int in the place of float can any one answer me ..??

int() represents an integer, so "full" numbers like: 1, 2, -5, 13, -999

float() represents a floating point number, like 1.002, -3.44356 or 848.3345792030003

my dought is we we use int in the place of float it's not working but in the reference they had given that we can use int also..??
