How often should I spend on coding everyday as an absolute beginner?

I'm a full time worker so kinda exhausted at the end of a day. So wanna ask for advice to balance my work, family and study. Thanks in advance - Mandy.

however much you want, I think its more important to want to do it and have fun in the early stages, as opposed to discipline. always try and mess with 'what-if's when new concepts are introduced. if your brain gets annoyed or tired, take a break. looking back in the very early stages of my learning, I would take about 5 to 10 mins learning a new concept. I'd argue thats all you need per day in the beginning.

plan chunks of uninterrupted 45 minutes: long enough so you can achieve something, but also short enough so you can ask others to leave you alone for that period.
