Beside SoloLearn, w3school is also a reference for learning programming. Does it give complete topics and detailed lessons for every language?

Yes! W3School is also good. But the community over here is the main attraction. So, in my point of view SoloLearn is better. 😊😊😊

They just give web development reference not any other language .

W3Schools is pretty good with much more detailed topics and scope for web devepolment.
However, it is limited to only web development!
