Youll have to look into purchasing a domain name and using FTP (file transfer protocol) to upload your files. Their are many sites that offer domain names to purchase and hosting services

Theirs a ton, i would recommend an online search, each has their own pricing and services that seperate them, it would definitely be beneficial for you to look around and compare to more of what your looking for as far as those things :)
