List challenge question that you think are wrong here
I think the concept of challenges are great - in theory. In practice however, I sometimes come across challenges that are not either wrongly worded or plain out incorrect. Let's make this a repository of wrong challenge questions and discuss them here. Maybe a few tweaks on the challenge question could fix it. ;) But please make this as civil as possible. Because I'm sure that the people who created the challenges put in the effort and we should respect that! ;)

In HTML challenge I was asked (not verbatim):
In which tag are information put in that are not displayed on the webpage. The "correct" answer according to the challenge asker was "head" tag.
BUT: That is not true. Because you can write in the title-tag (which is IN the head tag) a text that will be displayed on the webpage, i.e. the browser title bar.
I think the challenge question should be rephrased as "...that are not displayed on the webpage's viewport" or something similar. Because only webpage is too general and is misleading.

In HTML challenge:
It was asked how this expression will look like when rendered:
"3−2"
I typed in "3-2". But it was marked as incorrect. The correct answer is "3-2". Which is exactly what I wrote. Is there another minus sign? lol
