SQL or others?

hi.
i use html and css and materiallize css in visual studio 2015 for my new project.
my question is which database i must use for my site?
for getting the informations from forms and other.
and login/signup .
how i can combine these html ,css and sql.

If your are using Visual Studio then it integrates well with Microsoft SQL Server.
