Is there such a thing as too late to start?

hey guys, I am 25 now. I've had a interest in IT for more than half my life but outside of building, playing and trouble shooting for family I have not dug a whole lot deeper. Recently began to look into Cyber Security field and as a product of that, learning to program / code. starting with zero knowledge this late in the game, with people out there that have done it for fun since they could walk, is a career attainable in such a field?

I only know there is such a thing as too late Not to start. If you still hesitate to start, you would ask the similar question again in your age 35, and then 45 .....

I'm 27 and started from absolutely no knowledge about 8 months ago. Learn to Google things and learn on multiple sites and just build something. Check out freecodecamp.com, codecademy.com, khanacademy.com for some more free sources for learning.
