Which programming languages should I learn to create a Social Network?

I'm currently learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I think I should also learn PHP. Is there any other code I should learn in order to creat a social network?

Facebook was created using php. so, your choice isn't bad. but social networks are so out these days. try to create your own chatbot or something like that.
