I dont have started any coding language thoroughly ,So I want to ask you guys what language is good for a beginner .

Because I have started C & C++ but could not understand the syntax but still I want to develope an minimalistic basic app. so Is this C ,C++ ,Python or Java ? I don't have all fundamental knowledge about coding language. & How Can I get through this please help.

c++ is a tough start if you learn on your own...
java is similar but easier to learn.
alternatively (and maybe better) try python as it does not need any complex environment to get quick results.

I say you have to learn HTML first ... because it is the first building block of programming... This is my opinion and good luck.
