I know about hardware but nearly zero about writing program, what should I do first in order to learn how to write program.

Program the hardware..use arduino and try to program. It uses really simple programming language, its programs known as sketches. Watch some videos of beginner arduino project on youtube it will surely excite you. Good luck 😊
