When to start css

how i know that i have completed and mastering in html and go to css and then mastering in that too and go further.

You didn't even finish the HTML tutorial and lost 3 times againt me! (Even though i'm easy enough for a beginner...) You don't have to master html to go to css, do both simultaneously...

You have no need to master HTML as @Roland wrote in your previous thread, start to learn CSS after some practice with HTML. Master a language requires months (or years, sometimes), you will have the time for this 🐍

In programming there is no such thing as "completed" or "mastering" a language. You can be proficient, but never finished/completed/mastered, because these language, especially web language, evolve constantly. Before I started soloLearn I thought I knew everything about HTML/CSS but playing around here has taught me so many things I didn't know before.
