if you code in a note pad,
save the file as
filename.html
and open with your browser

You will need a text editor and create a file with your code in it then save it with the .htm or .HTML extension, it would probably prompt you to choose from your web browsers or anything that can open the file, then choose the web browser.

@Daniel keep in mind that it will be practical to make folders for html pages you made.

after you enhance your html coding capacity it would be nice to find old th8ngs you made.

I also suggest you to use http://www.w3schools.com/html after finishing SoloLearn Html lesson.
