Here are three text editors used to edit HTML and almost all programming languages:

I recommend you NetBeans IDE it really helped me. It also highlights syntax errors which will help you learn better as you learn from your mistakes âș.........

You can use any text editor. I prefer to you use whatever programs I have available, even basic stuff like gedit, notes, or notepad (depends on platform) but you can use whatever you want. Notepad++ or Sublime text editor are very visually appealing and in some peoples opinions easier to you :D

Brackets or Bluefish, are especialized editors.

The code playground on here is great for that, but I just used notepad++ before I realised this.

Hello, you can use ordinary Notepad too. I'm using "Notepad ++" though, it has nice interface and built-in tools, that makes easier to code.

for me I am using Brackets or sublime text 3

my advice that you use brackets. it's totally free and cool or adobe dreamweaver cc it has lot of components that makes it easy to code
