How can I stop learning programming languages?

I'm a fan. I'm a fan of code. 0&1 are all i need. But, I'm at the very beginning of the journey.
And so... I have a headache from the code... I do not get enough sleep due to the code... I gave my boss the nickname Java... I gave the secretary my boss the nickname Javascript...
I'm happy in this misfortune. But, when I come to the edge of the abyss, i must have a recipe for salvation. Then, how can i stop learning programming languages?

we live in real world, programming is for digital world. they have different rule eventhough they can interfere each other.
