@Bjarte That is a good answer. Python + Raspberry pi = šŸ˜ŠšŸ˜„ You CAN also use C to program a Raspberry pi as well. There's a whole series on it in MagPi where they take you through learning and using C with theā€‹pi.

You may use Code::Blocks in RPi as well for C++ codes to use RPis GPIO pins

@Nasibillo: If you're looking for Robotech and Robotics you should focus on Arduino Uno etc boards. But just not to block you normal computer, get yourself also a Raspberry PI model 3. This should have enough option to run the majority of programs and conect to hardware.
