There are integrated tools for use it for hacking but i don't want to write here all methodologies, you could use Metasploit and search some tutorials on Google, with it you can make many things.

Naturally, you should learn a programming language for write your exploits, in this case there are many things to do but i don't want to go Off Topic, there are many threads here for help you to know what you have to do.
