Just a beginner.

Quick question Do any of you know someone that doesn't have any previous experience with html and didn't actually take it as a major and made progress in it and succeeded (even if his major doesn't relate to computer science or it) Because I'm planning to continue at learning programing even though my major has nothing to do with computer science or programing i just need to see if it's worth the shot. Thank you,
