QPython3 upgrade - v. 1.0.3

Just a note - a new version of QPython3 is out, for those who can't live without coding even on their Android mobiles :)

Not much of a change, but they indeed fixed a bug that crashed the app when entering the libraries.

scikit-learn could be and tensorflow is gonna be added soon
