Yes! Download the QPython app from the play store. It will serve you well to download the latest version of 3.x (Python3). It comes with both a console and editor and also have sample codes to try out

I just checked! The app is longer available on the app store. They move it to their Git Repo. Visit www.qpython.com and download.
