Why can't we run large codes on a phone has 2 gb ram or more?

Why can't I run large codes on my phones even if all my phones has the same ram of my laptop?
I mean what's the difference between running an installed application maybe has more than 10k lines of code and running 1k code on Sololearn's playground?

I think the code on sololearn code playground isn't running on your phone. It's running on sololearn servers. In order not to tie up all the computer time they probably have limits on what they allow to run.
