In the challenges, if the answer options are empty, it should not be possible to submit the answer

happened to me multiple times that I accidentally pressed submit even though I didn't type anything in.

That usually happens when I wanted to press submit on the one question which time just ran out and instead of submitting the answer to that question, the next question pops up I pressed on submit of that question (the follow up question of the question I initially wanted to press submit) lol
