one things i only depends on mobile application... i have not joine any classroom... and teachers.... So u suggest me any site where present material for it....plzzzzzzz

I wouldnt say it is best for animations but it can be used to make some pretty impressive animations. Check some out at the code playground.

It is generally good practice to start with simple programs before going to complex concepts like animations. You can download net beans IDE at www.oracle.com. There is plenty of information there on how to install the IDE and download c++ compilers.
