How do you output images in ruby ?

I'm trying to make a game in ruby but the thing is I don't want it to just be text I want to have images in the game but the thing is I don't know how to please write any scripts that output an image in ruby.

Ruby , Java, Python, C++, C# can't add Image only HTML can add image 😄
